ABOUT THE EVENT

Design your own mask inspired by the epic tales and characters found throughout Ancient Greek history!  

We will start by sharing the tales of Ancient Greek heroes and heroines before we use a range of traditional and contemporary crafting techniques to make your own Greek masks to take home!  

During this workshop, participants will:  

• Explore the Museum's latest exhibition, Ancient Greeks: Athletes, Warriors and Heroes.  
• Craft their own mask inspired by Ancient Greek Myths.  
• Learn three mythical stories from Ancient Greece.  

Note: This is a drop-off holiday program. All participants should arrive with a drink bottle as they would when going to school.
